  1. Lol OK. It's not the women you need to address. It's your profession. Sjogrens and tmjd, CFS/fibro, thyroid disease, fatigue, and the rest have an average of 7 year. 7 YEARS. To even be taken seirous enough to have any non typical cbc/BMP panels ran to explore chronic illness in women in the US. Stop blaming women for "ignoring" it. It's the medical profession, not the women.

  2. Can someone help me? Some days I wake up identifying as a women and other days as a man. Should the days I identify as a woman should I pay attention to these warning signs?

  3. Right before the pandemic happened I noticed I was having extreme fatigue, anxiety, heart palpitations, and rapid weight gain. My memory started to get pretty bad too. I even started to make fun of myself for it since I never pieced together that all of these symptoms were associated. I thought I was extremely stressed out and just dealing with PTSD. Then my period was late which was unusual for me as I am in my mid-thirties. I also have not been to the doctor in years. I thought I was pregnant but because of these symptoms that I had, I also figured I should finally get a physical. While I was getting a physical, it just occurred to me that maybe I have lupus because I also noticed that my fingers were getting stiff and I was having joint pain. Then I was not aware of the severity of Lupus and just knew it had something to do with joint pain but I insisted to get blood work for it. My doctor dismissed it and reassured me that I just need to relax more and do things like Yoga. I kept insisting and finally, he gave in. I also had an ob-gyn appointment that day too. Turns out I was not pregnant and did some fertility testing. I made a joke to my ob-gyn about being menopausal and she insisted that the odds of me being menopausal at my age were extremely low so we laughed. After the result of my blood work and ultrasound came in the next day, turns out I had the hormone levels of a 60-year-old woman and I was menopausal for where my hormone levels were at despite the fact that I was just one month into not having a period. My doctor told me I have a condition called Premature Ovarian Failure. I also had very high inflammation levels which qualified me to see a rheumatologist and it turns out I have lupus too. This all happened right before the pandemic shut down which as sheety as it is I am grateful I found out before the pandemic since I am now convinced that I would not have taken the pandemic as seriously and would have been riskier with taking care of myself. SO I am not trying to scare anyone but the point of me sharing is that you need to listen to your body and make more of an effort to stay on top of your medical appointments and don't be afraid to speak up if you feel the doctors aren't taking you as serious. I usually never speak up in my doctor appointments and just take everything the doctors say without challenging them. I am so glad I didnt at those appointments.
