The Foundry and The Exchange at Beverly Gray have secured $3 million in funding that will go toward small businesses. The Regional Revitalization Partnership (RRP) provided the funds, which will be allocated to small businesses on the city's East Side through the Small Business Growth Initiative, a partnership between The Foundry and The Exchange at Beverly Gray.
“The unique partnership with The Foundry provides us with a wonderful opportunity to support a variety of small business owners and entrepreneurs in the East Side communities with appropriate programs and support to meet their needs. This investment and the programs it will support will be transformative for many entrepreneurs and will provide them with the foundation to build their businesses and their future,” said Derrick Parson, CEO of The Exchange at Beverly Gray.
The objectives of this financing initiative are:
- Support entrepreneurship growth
- Create a one-stop shop and concierge service for small businesses
- Build a pipeline of the next generation of entrepreneurs
- Increase the ability of The Foundry and The Exchange to support small businesses.
