  1. Hi, I'm 39years old and this is very valuable, i have had candida since i was a child and it's only now that i realise at the age of 33 i got RA since than i started to go to a naturopath and workout to build muscles and now i got better, i eat manly keto diet to ovoid diabetes because i do have symptoms and with covid in the air i have allergies like tearing eye runny nose sneezing every morning, i am definitely going to get the collagen powder but how long are we suppose to take it ? thanks for your insight

  2. I Melissa, I can't wait to try some of these products! Can you please advise on daily iodine consumption? You have mentioned iodoral but you also said short term. Can I ask how you take it?? (In another video)

  3. This video was a pure gem!! My thing is that I have phenomenal energy but I’m still not losing weight. I gained almost 30 lbs when doctors put me on Cytomel, T4, testosterone cream compounded and progesterone pills. Now I can’t get that weight back off. Even though I feel amazing. Those things also had me feeling suicidal. I can now do my 2 miles in the mornings. Is that ok? It wakes me up and I love it. I do also weight train 3-4 days/week.

  4. I just turned 50 in July and this video has honestly made me feel very empowered. Thank you so much for these 5 things and explaining them and/or posting a link of other resources. I very much appreciate your time and thoughtfulness to help all of us watching you ❤️ I really liked each of the 5 things you spoke about but the one I didn’t have any idea about was the neurotransmitter test for the melatonin… I will be looking into that and having my vitamin D tested as well! It’s amazing to me how much vitamin D isn’t being talked about overall in the medical community.

  5. You mentioned you were going to share some suggestions on sources for the vitamins….I feel dumb – I can't find that. Can anyone point me to what is probably super obvious?

  6. Thanks for all your videos! Please post more! You are a gem and I so appreciate your knowledge and for sharing it with us, I've learned so much about holistic/natural health remedies/supplements that I would never have known, thank you! Happy Holidays to you and your family- enjoy!

  7. Progesterone daily? I’ve been using progesterone cream day 11-21 (per my naturopath’s directions) since I was 38 or so and it makes a huuuuuge positive difference. (I’m not a bitch) however, you said daily? Daily?

  8. Thank you for the information! I’ll be 37 this year, so 40 isn’t too far away! I’m grateful for the information, because I would like prepare for 40s, the right way! 🙂

  9. I just turned 40 ✨🧚‍♀️and I’m suddenly a hot mess. Is there a reason a K2 supplement isn’t mentioned on this list to go with the 10K IUS of D3? 🤔

  10. Thanks so much for these health tips! Since I turn 40 last year I have been having lots of back pain and also my right upper arm has been aching for 3 months I thought it was from sleeping on it but it just won’t get better. Any suggestions?

  11. Sleep has been my challenge, been suffering with insomnia for 12 years. Had a virus one year and after that sleep went away? Have been trying so many natural remedies and treatments, nothing was working have been on sleeping pills for 3 years now. I am 43 and want to get off them and get my health back! Are these supplements pricey? Do they ship to Canada without huge shipping fees? What else would you recommend?🥰Thanks😊

  12. Thank you so much! I was just told that I am in menopause, but the only option for bones was to wait an get a bone scan at 50. Why wait until their is a problem? There has to be something to do now! And your information fit in perfectly! I am looking forward to more information, and healing with you, Dr Melissa. Much love xoxo

  13. Hey! I turned 41 this year and this month (July). Some of these things I heard of and do already, but there are some I was completely unaware of. A typical doctor or obgyn won't tell us about these things in the interest of following the "estrogen trend" because it doles out the big bucks. Right now I'm taking D3, B12, melatonin, valerian root (protients and peptides? Interested!), and black cohosh to help with hot flashes and night sweats. The hot flashes and night sweats are still a thing but the severity of them reduced. I have a busy brain. So it's really hard for me to get to sleep. Should I do weight lifting exercises a half hour before bed? I sleep in sweat and wash my bedding regularly as it is. Also, I have trouble fully waking and feeling energized throughout the day. Hours after I get up and have had my breakfast, I'm still dragging myself around. What's up with that and what can I do?

  14. And here's another big secret. "Taking care of your skin is different from taking care of your body." No one actually says this, of course, but it's the unspoken "truth" behind all skincare advice. Actually, the truth is just the opposite. A good diet and moderate exercise are the best way to take care of your skin. And why "moderate"? Well, that's because intense exercise depletes the skin's fat cells over time. And they are critical to the skin ecosystem.

  15. Hello, happy to join your community. I am over 40 and have many of the symptoms you metioned in another video. I am actively working to manage my inbalance and look forward to learning.

  16. Oh wow, I absolutely cannot use melatonin or PMs or any kind of sleep drugs. They make me feel awful and restless. Proper exercise, healthy eating habits, staying hydrated, and taking vitamins help me so far with sleep. Also, no phones or electronics before bed or in bed ever. Reading a book is okay. Those are things I do. I tried collagen vitamins once… noooo! Made my heart race so fast! Fish oil vitamins are bad for me, too. I wish I could take collagen. Especially after hearing all the benefits you listed. I'm going to speak to my doctor to see if he can find a way that I might be able to take collagen.

  17. So I'm 40yrs old just been diagnosed with (Ar) just had gallbladder surgery last year only can sleep 4-5hrs sleep … I need help bc I still have stomach problems and migraines, I've been premenopausal for 3years now, all the woman in my family started @ 36-38yrs old …… I eat really good too I eat more sdes than anything barely any meat🙏🏼

  18. I recently bought a vitamin D that is a slow release and it’s only required once a week. It is 50,000 IUs but I’m also taking Synthroid is that OK to drink together?

  19. Just found your video. Thank You soooo much for all the information. You just don’t hear people talking about how to take care of your body as you age and I am definitely interested in learning more.
Thank you again!!! Going to look for more of your videos now. 😊

  20. I just turned 40 🎉😮😅 great info, thank you! Collagen helps my joints so much! I’ve been lifting heavier weights recently.

Question about cardio, is HIIT exercises 2 times a week and do more weight training with a walk outside? So no more tredmill or running 2-3 times a week? Thanks!

  21. Hello, I listen to your information very informative. I took some collagen sometime ago and I thought and felt like it caused constipation . Could it have been that I took the wrong kind of collagen? I just turned 50.
