64% of small business owners already use or plan to use artificial intelligence tools

More small businesses plan to use AI tools in the future, but they will likely need some training to get the most out of them.

AI isn’t just for big companies: small businesses are also taking advantage of the efficiencies it enables.

According to research by the Connected Trade CouncilAbout 64 percent of small business owners are already using or planning to use AI tools in the next two years. The decision is driven by the need to increase efficiency due to inflation and economic uncertainty. And now, Google offers free AI training to SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) through a funding grant to the U.S. Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and an online workshop.
