Yes, you usually charge $200 for the shortest loan like a refi. Although most loan signings you’ll charge more than that depending on what it is. The lowest amount is usually around $175, most of us aren’t getting out of bed for that amount though 😂

Hi Jazz I saw you first about a year ago but felt extremely inept for the jobs you are posting because, I have been a stay home mom, for over two decades. That said I've been going to the university as an evening student, and only have a few classes left to finish my bachelor's degree. I would like to know if you do one on one appointments and coaching. I'm so glad to see a mom like you who is extremely intelligent, talented, and so invested in helping the rest of us, to better ourselves, our opportunities, but more important the quality of life we can offer to our families by earning a better income. I feel horrible, because my son was so excited to go to the university as a " Marine Biologist," but because we didn't have the funds to subsidise the rest of expenses, he's been home for the last two yrs. He will be a junior and I will bloke to get two jobs if possible to help him finish. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, you inspired me and give me Soo much hope. God bless you and your family. I absolutely love your enthusiasm and energy in every single one of your presentations. Most importantly I'm so Amazed as to how present, and informed you are about every subject, you share.

You have a few ideas I want to try out. My maintenance man told me about notary, I have been looking into that. The above commenter was right, I was referred to loan signing agent info. I am looking for passive income, because I am limited as to what I can do being disabled. A lot of great ideas.

The notary job is a bit more detailed and there’s a cost to take the course, supplies and Insurance & background and finger prints. It’s a serious business and you need to be very efficient. There’s a lot of steps to getting commissioned and I hope to get through it!
I do affiliate marketing through various platforms like amazon and LTK. I also am a notary and a signing agent. I took time off from it though because I’m currently an lpn in school for my rn so it can be time consuming. However, becoming a notary is definitely worth it
