It is also special because in this centuries and years old royal objects will come to the fore to complete many processes.

Most important is the throne, 700 years old royal chair
The most important of these is the royal throne, Britain’s King Charles III will sit on the throne on which his grandfather George-VI sat at the coronation 86 years ago during his historic coronation at Westminster Abbey here on Saturday. According to the royal tradition, there are many steps at the time of coronation and during this time different traditional thrones and thrones are used. During the coronation, King Charles and his wife Queen Camilla will sit on the ‘St Edward’s Chair’, ‘Chairs of State’ and ‘Throne Chairs’ at different moments.

The ‘Throne Chairs’ were used for the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth on May 12, 1937. Buckingham Palace said, “The royal couple have chosen the ‘Chairs of Estate’ and ‘Throne Chairs’ used at previous coronations, while retaining the importance of traditional items.” Along with this, a 700-year-old royal throne is also a matter of discussion, which is going to maintain the tone of antiquity in this event of modern times. There is also a rectangular block of stone in the center of the ceremony. Which is also called the Stone of Destiny. According to tradition, emperors and empresses have been crowned on this stone for centuries.

This time the emperor’s carriage is like this

This carriage has been used in every coronation since 1830. More than six thousand soldiers of the armed forces will participate in the coronation program.

These are the special steps of coronation
There are certain steps involved in the religious process of coronation. First the monarch will stand next to the 700-year-old chair and will be presented to the audience by the Archbishop of Canterbury. The crowd will loudly say ‘God save the emperor’ and then the trumpet of the announcement will sound. The very next moment the monarch takes an oath to uphold the monarchical law and the Church of England. After this, the future emperors are placed on another royal throne. The Archbishop of Canterbury anoints the monarch’s hands, chest and head with holy oil.

12th century spoon, scepter and more
The historic spoon with which this holy oil will be sprinkled is from the 12th century. During the coronation of Queen Elizabeth in 1953, a veil of gold cloth was placed around her during the process, so that she could not be seen by anyone. After this, the emperor is given the royal circle. It is a symbol of religious and moral rights. The scepter, which is a symbol of his power and a gold overlord’s scepter is also given. Above it is a replica of a dove bird. Which is a symbol of justice and mercy. At the end of this, the Archbishop of Canterbury places the crown of St. Edward on the head of the monarch. Now after the coronation, the emperor gets up from that chair and sits on the throne. Peer people bow down before him and present their loyalty.
