  1. This ain't working now, there is a new option called "Custom Menu" and then "Generate Presentation" I ran the script without any errors when I press "Generate Presentation" it runs the script again and then nothing! You now actually have to go back to you presentation and press slides home "The Yellow" slides logo, and you will see you presentation there.

  2. This is great! Thank you. I am a little confused and frustrated, however. I followed this to a T but it wrote it out like a note to myself on how to talk about the point, rather than it pitching the point to the lead.

  3. This is a great video! I am now a subscriber! However, I am getting error after error after error. I have received 9 errors so far after executing the script and I still haven't got it to work. Arrggh!

  4. Now, your task is to write a Google Apps Script that allows me to click a custom menu button from within Google Slides presentation to generate these slides automatically.
Populate the slides using the slide titles and the supporting bullet points above.
There is no need to include placeholders. Make sure that all the text strings are defined as variables at the beginning of the code in a json like format.
Remove all comments. Confirm all functions you use in the code are real functions applicable to Google Slides.

  5. Sorry Jeff I made a copy of your Notion presentation but I can't seem to get the digital text version of the prompt. I get the youtube video again. Am I missing a step?

  6. Thanks a lot for this one, Jeff. I subscribed to your channel after I stumbled on your inbox zero video and this one is another a fantastic video; no surprises. The framework is super helpful, to say the least.

Also, since someone mentioned Perplexity, a couple of pointers from my experience on this video. ChatGPT produced the best slide content leaving Gemini and Perplexity far behind. I'm not sure if this is because of how they work with the prompts and SCQA framework. Would be great if you could play with and throw some light.

  7. hello I ask several artificial intelligences for ideas of what I could do with custom GPT with for example a tool which allows me to find products on Amazon, but this artificial intelligence does not teach me anything at all, makes me really bad tutorials, could I write to you so you can tell me what you think of my ideas and what I could do with the APIs of these different tools

  8. Very interesting, but didn`t work for me at all. The script kept running into errors again and again even though I asked chatgpt to fix them like 10 times. At some point, I gave up!

  9. Thanks it worked very well at the first try! I only made this change because I wanted the bullet points in a single text box: Populate the slides using the slide titles and bullet points above, but the bullet points should be inserted in a single text box, so each slide will have one text box for the title and one text box for the bullet points.

  10. Jeff, can you produce a video on using AI to update content and design of already existing slides presentation and existing google documents. And also how you can use chatGPT to also produce talking points for the deck for the notes section.

  11. Hey Jeff thank you for the tips but here is what I got [The app is requesting access to sensitive info in your Google Account. Until the developer verifies this app with Google, you shouldn't use it.]
