Alessandro Alunni Bravi to join McLaren from Kick Sauber ahead of 2025 season

Former Kick Sauber team representative Alessandro Alunni Bravi will join McLaren Racing as its new director of commercial affairs, the Woking-based operation has announced.

In the newly created role, which he will take up on February 1, Alunni Bravi will provide executive leadership skills “across a range of McLaren Racing business matters, including legal, driver development, commercial, driver contract management and rights holders/governing body”. management”.

He will also take over management of McLaren’s driver development programme, succeeding Stephanie Carlin, who will take on additional responsibilities within the F1 team led by team principal Andrea Stella.

Alunni Bravi, who will report directly to CEO Zak Brown and be part of the McLaren Racing executive team, brings more than two decades of motorsport and business leadership experience to the team, most recently at Kick Sauber.
