  1. Oatmeal, frozen berries, beans, romaine lettuce, hummus, lentils and quinoa, sweet and red potatoes, cabbage, bell peppers, and pop tarts to keep me sane…

  2. I love vegans. You guys can have all my veggies, I'll have all your meat. We complement each other nicely. Isn't that great? Best of luck to you.

  3. I love the garden of life vitamins. They’re pure and clean, top of the line broccoli. I wish you would have a cooking show or showing the types of foods you make with your son, I eat very similar and would love ideas.

  4. This birthing parent is a wonderful and brave example of courage and love to name its developing human Bear at birth. It has inspired me and my birthing partner to name our recently born human Panda. We discussed the name Bear but we found it too representative of a carnivorous and aggressive animal so we chose Panda for its gentle demeanor and vegetarian lifestyle.

  5. Too much soy bothers my fibroids. 😕I love smoked tofu!😥I'm not a vegan, nor intend to be, (no judgement) but I enjoy Alica's videos and recipes.
