Amazon ends remote work. Will other companies follow?

Amazon has ordered its staff to return to the office five days a week starting in January. Will other companies follow suit? Host Isabel Berwick asks Kevin Delaney, editor-in-chief of media and research firm Charter, what the data says about the effectiveness of remote working. They are joined by Emma Jacobs of the Financial Times, who argues that being in the office is not the solution to all work problems.
