  1. Hi Michelle. I also started taking this supplement. It really does stink like a dirty horse HA!
I haven't paid enough attention to all of these points but I have written them down so that I can evaluate it better in a few weeks.

  2. I love that you took the time to tell us about Ashwagandha. I have seen the gummies in the "Fertility Health" section of our stores but never looked at it. Then I saw the root powder in the "Brain Health" section of a different store.

  3. Hi, I have been thinking of adding aswaghanda…I think I will definitely try it now…You should look into adding sage …You can find it in tea form..lots of great benefits…big like 17…

  4. Hi lovely. I've never heard of ashwaghanda before. it sounds amazing, how great that it has anti cancer properties. Lowering stress, anxiety and depression is such an amazing property too! I really want to try it now. thank you for sharing lovely 💗💗

  5. I'm definitely going to try this.
Especially since I'm under an extremely amount of stress, anxiety, hot flashes and everything else!
It seems like I live on no sleep. Definitely have insomnia then I sleep alot during the day.
I've got to make a change!
I need all the help I can get!

  6. Hey Sister Wife Celine! We have seen Ashwaganda before, and have heard it was really useful for women. Indian culture uses this for aruvedic medicine for sure. Cool you've been taking this for 4 months. We can't imagine you need anything for more high energy than what you already have!! Butters is going through menopausal symptoms, and she is using Black Cohash!! That is ACES for women's hormones. Goodbye night sweats and hot flashes! HAHAHA.. Love that your family would love to personally thank Ashwagandha! Thanks for sharing this and love you to the moon! 🙂 💖🌛😊

  7. Thanks, very helpful 😊Age 54 Just begun taking it, specifically to lower Cortisol post menopause and help with Cushings Syndrome from taking Prednidone 18 months ago. I was hospitalised with a severe parotid gland infection and on high doses 60mg prednisone. Abdolutely fried my adrenal glands. Put on 65lbs in 18 months. YIKES!🥴Anyhoo, going down the holistic path now, ketogenic diet, fasting and a few supplements. Ashwagandha being one. Wish me luck.

  8. My wife is fatigued, hair thinning, depressed. She has had her thyroid checked and is normal. Today she had a workup on the cortisol levels so we will see what it shows. Will Ashwagandha help?

  9. Hi Zesty!😊, what about women with hypothyroid hoshimotos ? Also can it be taken if/when pregnant. Side note, my endocrinologist was rubbish..I lost my baby at 12wks and now I'm healing my thyroid naturally with no thyroid med ..just good supplements to nourish thyroid and clean eating to stop hoshis in its tracks. So I'm very interested in Ashawanghda but want to be careful..Thank you😉
