Renowned UK property pioneer Hugh Frost will take part in a special Q&A at this year’s YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards.
Frost is the founder of the Beetham Organisation, which is best known for a string of landmark developments in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham, and showing that high-quality residential and mixed-use towers can flourish in key regional cities.
Beetham’s standout schemes include Liverpol’s tallest building, the 40-storey West Tower, Manchester’s Beetham Tower, and 10 Holloway Circus in Birmingham.
Earlier this year it was announced that the property firm would be making a return to Liverpool, in partnership with retailer T. J. Morris. The joint venture is set to deliver a tall building cluster on land currently occupied by the King Edward Triangle industrial estate.
Frost said of the plans: “We can expect a stunning mixed-use development worthy of our great city. It’s a privilege and pleasure to be involved again on home soil, in what is going to be a transformational project for Liverpool city centre. Our development will bring jobs and prosperity through a variety of uses.”
During November’s YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards, Frost will discuss the transformational proposals for the Gibraltar Row site in more detail with YM Liverpool editor Lawrence Saunders, whilst reflecting on his 30+ year career in the property industry.
Leading lights from the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors will gather at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Thursday, 28 November 2024 to once again reflect on another 12 months of achievements.
Accolades will be handed out across a diverse range of categories including Property Developer of the Year, Best Affordable Housing Scheme, Residential Property Agency of the Year, Business Leader of the Year and LCR Business of the Year.
The full shortlist for the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2024 will be announced next week.
