    1. HRT hormone replacement therapy if used only for 1-2 years to ameliorate the symptoms of menopause, its may be okay but still questionable practice.
    2. overall, they have increased risk of breast, endometrium and ovarian cancer.
    She will prescribed the women with hormonal replacement therapy and eventually increased the risk of endometrial, breast and ovarian cancer over 10-20 years later.

    if HRT used only for time being to aerolite the symptoms of menopause, it may be okay but long term prescription, they are not safe. someone inform American board of medicine for her practice.

    for time being her patients will feel good and energetic and later when they will face the wrath of cancer because of feeling good and nice. their lives will cut short prematurely.
    Most of the claims she is making are not evidence based.
    giving emotional happiness and getting cancer vs. finding other ways to boast your energy level, with long walks and adrenal stimulation of androgens and cortisol balance.
    she is right about bone health, but most of bone density has been achieved in 30s not in 50s. in 50s you can only give bisphonates to prevent bone loss with calcium supplements.

  2. Yes I'm 55 years old, gut health as well as conjunctive ❀, drinking more green tea detox, treadmill, taking it slow, I do exercise before bedtime as well as to get up in the morning and exercise, yes I understand the importance of health πŸ˜€ 😊
