BlueFaucet App Focuses on Small Business Management

blue faucet has announced the launch of its new app, which is designed to transform the operations of businesses with fewer than five employees by organizing and managing daily tasks and customer interaction with one or two clicks. Supporting small businesses is a priority for BlueFaucet as it partners with restaurant, home and personal services merchants. The company has opened enrollment in a beta program for the app, and the first hundred merchants to sign up will receive a free year of membership.

Small business owners often have difficulty with promotions. Small merchants often serve the same community for many years. They rely on repeat customers to sustain their business, but with limited resources and manpower, small merchants often choose the “waiting strategy,” which means waiting for customers to arrive. This is not ideal for business.

Customers don’t like waiting either. They don’t like waiting for merchants to call to make appointments or place orders, or stand in line to pick up something or make payments, especially when they discover they missed the opportunity to use the coupon. BlueFaucet offers solutions to change merchants’ passive waiting to proactive invitation, without more waiting or wasted exchanges to save customers money. This is an example of how BlueFaucet is one of the few apps that balances both merchants and consumers, helps merchants do more business, and helps consumers save time and money.

BlueFaucet focuses on inviting customers to return, finding new business opportunities, providing marketing tools, and reducing merchants’ workload. Merchants can send invitations or promotions to selected target customers, all customers, those who haven’t returned in three months, or the top 10 customers in the last month.

BlueFaucet provides a coupon box to save customer coupons, promotions or loyalty programs. When customers checkout, BlueFaucet will check the customer coupon box and apply the coupon to customers. Customers won’t miss any opportunity to save money. The app can also save customers time when they use the Calendar feature to schedule appointments or orders. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup or has been completed. They can pay directly at BlueFaucet, without wasting any more time waiting on the phone or waiting in line.

“BlueFaucet takes care of your business operations because we are your ideal business partner,” said Andy Wang. “The app will help you find new customers, retain them, create promotions, and reduce your overall workload. With more than 30 million small merchants in the United States, success lies in acquiring repeat customers.”

Wang continued: “Traditional purchasing strategies that include advertising, revenue sharing or employing reservation systems can be costly. Investments are no guarantee when you rely on customers to find their way to you organically.”

BlueFaucet also announced the start of its Sales Affiliate and Referral Program, which will compensate merchants or website owners who refer new members to the app.
