Call it an immersive evening of exploring international property opportunities and practical insights into building long-term wealth across borders and you will be right as Brithomes UK hosted an exclusive property acquisition event in partnership with UK-based property developer, London Square, part of the Aldar Group with representatives from the UAE flying in for the occasion.
The event, which held recently at the Wheatbaker Hotel in Ikoyi brought together real estate professionals, stakeholders and investors from Lagos, London, and Dubai.
Marketing Executive at Brithomes, Christabel Okeke, highlighted the company’s mission to make global real estate accessible to African investors not just in theory, but with real listings, real support, and real partnerships. She said: Brithomes, a UK-based consultancy, offers property sourcing, acquisition support, legal coordination, and post-purchase management tailored specifically for African clients looking to buy in London. Our deep knowledge of the UK market, combined with a client-first approach has helped many African families find homes abroad, diversify their assets, and take their first steps into global real estate.”
Director of Brithomes UK, Olatunji Akinbo, said: “We know the hurdles Nigerians face when looking abroad: hidden fees, misleading promises, and lack of aftercare. We built Brithomes to remove all that noise. Our job is to simplify, clarify, and walk with you the whole way.”
International Sales Manager, London Square, Harry Day-Brosnan, said: “London remains one of the most stable and desirable places to invest, and we’re proud to partner with Brithomes to bring these opportunities to life.”
Venetta Frempong of Brithomes Ghana also said: “Conversations about migration must also include property ownership and asset security. We often think of international movement in terms of education or short-term relocation. But real impact comes when we start helping families own property.”
