    Hello Sir, please help me.

    I'm Anudish Jain working in TCS since Last 11 months. And still I'm on bench since last 11 months and My total learning has come to zero. TCS is my first company and it has come to whole one year since I joined TCS but still I don't have any project I'm on bench.

    I'm soooo worried about my future as how can I switch as I don't have any learning because TCS didn't provide my any project.

    Now u please tell me how can I switch my company and what technology or Which domain should i choose so that I can make my career.

    We need to understand that AI will not completely eliminate roles which are skilled but it will drastically improve productivity calling for less people. So if we need 100 people now to complete a project, we will need 50 people in 3-5 years and 20 people in 7-10 years. So eventually it will impact employment.
