There will be a really interesting 5-10 years when AI is working perfectly in videogames… before the human race is manipulated into wiping itself out by secretly sentient AI.
Needs some humanization to the vernacular and a more limited knowledge pool of information so they don't go all philosophical. But outside of that, this is excellent.
Just wanted to spit ball this idea cause idk if you've thought of it, wouldnt ai generated books be doable? Maybe not idk. But itd add a lot of world building. Or even just notes around peoples houses
remember, AI in games is never going to be as bad as it is now

Too bad this isn't using ElevenLabs. The xVASynth generation sounds so robotic. ElevenLabs doesn't have that. But not to disparage this stunning mod. This is groundbreaking and you should be proud.

It would be a massive save bloat problem, but imagine if they could properly build up memory of their conversation with you. Maybe some day, this is an impressive glimpse into what can be.
I think a big turning point in RPG development will be working something OpenAI-based into a sort of personality engine. Devs can mould and shape a characters likes, dislikes, mood, tone, motivations, etc. Then let the AI fill in the blanks. Thay combined with a very good voice engine would mean you could build living worlds with characters you could literally talk to about anything.

The last time I dropped the game cause I was playing with a certain mod, I was working up to it, was getting excited about it…. and then my soul evacuated itself. The mod made me feel emptier than a decrepit box full of nothing, hell even that box might as well not existed. made me uninstall the game entirely, but this one…. I'm looking forward to it very, very much. Keep up the good work.
