  1. As I’ve gotten older I feel like my muscles just don’t have the gas rather than strength and I am really prone to cramping. I supplement with alll the minerals but have only recently considered creatine. Hoping it’s my missing puzzle piece.

  2. Thanks Mike, I must have missed this vid when you made it. Very informative and I actually ordered some creatine tonight. I will load up at the beginning and then bring it back down. Why isn't food deliberately fortified with creatine??

  3. I have a question..which type is better for me? Almost 60.
Have MDD no antidepressants work for me. Had a total hysterectomy about 10 years ago and a massive brain aneurysm in 2019. Always worked out, ate right
Was Gung ho momma but I'm in pain and depression and need help.

  4. Interesting info, thanks! One point I’d like to make, however, is that whoever did a study that involved asphyxiating baby animals is a low down creep. There are NO excuses for cruelty to animals, and that would of course, include Fauci and his torturing of beagles.

  5. I'm an athlete. Had surgery on my legs 2 months ago. Lost some strength in my legs because I couldn't do leg workouts for 6 weeks. Thought about creatine, but I don't need the bloat right now. I'm still a bit swollen still due to surgery. I was asked to keep my salt intake low to avoid extra water retention.

I think my surgeon would frown apon this if I ask him if I can use it. I am 48 years old with great lean mass on my body already. I'm not looking to get bigger. I like where I am. I just don't want to lose muscle mass and strength as I get older. I do have a harder time building muscle in my legs. Would like to burn fat in my legs. My weight is perfect for my height, so the only way would be to build muscle to possibly burn fat. No guarantees, though.

  6. Very informative!! As a 47yr old woman I have been interested in adding creatine to my supplements to incorporate in my workout routine. This answered all my questions. Thank you for sharing this with us.😊

  7. Thank you for this video I have dipped in and out of using creatine for years. I am mid 40's perimenopauseal and living with Crohn's – there is some new research coming out about the benefits for creatine for IBD so going to go back to daily use and see how I get on… Previously when I looked into dose 5g per day had been recommended… But that maybe too much? I used to be vegan, started eating fish regularly in the last year and in the last couple of months I have introduced lamb…

  8. I Just started taking creatine with my plant protein and I lost 40lbs in one month, I’m stronger and more lean. I also noticed mental clarity, better cycles and periods, better mood, restorative sleep, curbed appetite, fast recovery almost no sore days from working out and my skin is better and no sagging from weight loss I feel like it actually tightened my skin. Creatine is a wonderful supplement for women and fat loss.

  9. Are there any studies that weren’t directly funded by companies that produce creatine? The two you reviewed are both linked to Alzchem and/or DGC who both received funding to conduct these studies or were linked directly to creatine suppliers. I take creatine and just would like to see unbiased sources.

  10. As a lady of 64 so post menopausal I do I.F and try to stay lowest Carbs, but have gone from 84kg to 60kg, and want to recharge my body and muscles just ordered some Creatine so I need to understand what and how it can help me, thanks for all the information

  11. I have some here I bought for my SO, so I will have to try it. I have a super sensitive GI tract to supplements though so I will need to take it slow rather than do the loading.

  12. Creatine makes me gain weight – fat and cellulite …. Takes me ages (years) to correct the imbalance – Typical man talking about this without speaking to women about it

  13. Can make a video about creatine benefits for women who have osteoporosis and low bone density? My mother has this and already broke her back and is now recovering.
I managed to convince her to take vitamin D, K and Calcium. Is there anything else she should take?
Doctors here (Germany) are absolutely useless and don't even recommend vitamin D even when levels are low.

  14. Thanks,…I was just explaining to my wife how how she should start taking it for cognitive, muscle, and energy health and that it would cause water retention if she just drank healthy levels of water.

  15. Great information! Have some on my shelf but will consider dosing more frequently as I’m 32 & wanting to start a family soon. Thank you for this! 🙂

  16. WOW I BET BIG PHARMA DOESNT WANT WOMEN TO KNOW ANY OF THIS.. They wont be able to load women up with their crap prescriptions hormoness/drugs
Ladies if your're pushing 40 + your diet should be 40- 45% Protein/40-45% Good Fats/and the rest GOOD carbs. Get lots of sleep/get exercise like resistance training! YOU WILL NOT GET WHOLE/COMPLETE PROTEINS NEEDED FROM A VEGAN DIET.. NOT MATTER WHAT PURPLE SMOKE by others who promote VEGAN DIETS! Stop buying into the vegan BS!

  17. High levels of creatine can harm organs.. leading to organ failure. Eating protein like beef chicken pork is enough. Adding a little extra meat would be enough. High levels of creatine can harm your bodies organ functions. Be careful… women are not built like men… High levels of creatine can cause pre clamp… in pregnancy… Not a good good idea..

  18. I’m a 70 yr old woman who lifts heavy weights 4-5 days a week. I’ve recently added creatine to my diet & feeling the benefits but it’s great to hear that it helps with brain & mental health too.

  19. I love it!! People were your a woman why are you taking it. I was training hard for 2 years until the co** . Hurt my back now ugh back where I started . Need to get back to it 😊

  20. This was great information. I was researching protein supplements for women because I need to increase my iron and creatine levels. Looking to try the electrolytes w/creatine as well. Thank you!

  21. Love your content always very objective and a bit against obtuse mainstream….noticed this distinctly during the Covid crap…you were a lonewolf…for that I subd thank you for sharing this content old girls like me appreciate this

  22. Very interesting but could you say "women" if you use the word "men"? Or "female" and "male". Consistency would be very appreciated.
