The Dasa Appoints André Covre as Chief Financial Officer
The Dasa company, listed as DASA3 on the B3 stock exchange, has officially announced the appointment of André Covre as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting from August 28, 2023. Covre will be taking over the role from Felipe da Silva Guimarães, who served as the CFO for over four years.

Experience and Background
André Covre brings over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in the financial and management sector. He spent 15 years working at Grupo Ultra (UGPA3) where he held various roles, including Financial and Investor Relations Director and General Director of Extrafarma.
In addition to his time at Grupo Ultra, Covre briefly worked in the financial department of Americanas (AMER3) in January of this year. However, he left shortly after a fraud within the company was uncovered, only ten days after assuming the position.
Corporate Governance and Education
André Covre has a strong background in corporate governance and holds significant positions in industry organizations. He was the President of the Circle of Corporate Governance Companies of Latin America and served as the Coordinator of the Capital Market Commission of the IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
Covre holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and also completed an MBA from INSEAD, a renowned international business school.

The Dasa (DASA3) approved this Thursday (24) the appointment of André Covre to occupy the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 28, 2023. The executive replaces Felipe da Silva Guimarães, who held the position for more than 4 years .
