  3. I identify with her friend that doesn't eat when she's stressed and lost her hair 100 percent. When I was in an abusive marriage, my hair kept falling out because I barely ate. It was really sad. Today I have to remind myself to eat too, but because I am busy and happy. lol. Also Ashwaganda is a GAME changer . I highly, highly recommend instead of melatonin or any other sleep aids.
