I have already eliminated a lot of foods that I think are affecting me, so if I’m not eating many foods now, it seems like this might not work so well for me, correct?
The food sensitivity test was accurate for me.
I was suffering severely before taking the test, I have 17 foods I can't consume including chicken.
unfortunately, I consumed all of these foods almost daily eggs, chicken, cow's milk, baker's yeast, brewers yeast, bell pepper, brazil nut, casein, cloves, swiss cheese, macadamia nut, mozzarella, mustard, rape seed (canola oil) and yogurt.
Canola oil is in almost everything pre-packaged and yeast is in a lot of prepackaged items.
I look back over my life and I could identify where I was avoiding most of these foods or would eat them sparingly, our bodies communicate to us we just have to listen.

I just got one of these tests and I'm so glad I checked the lancets before using them. Its not a needle like most lancets, it's a wedge shaped BLADE. No wonder you bled so much
