  1. Nah no mattet what, i would never let my wife do sonething if she is pregnate. I would be sacred for both of them. Little training with really small weight then yes but not this.

  2. As a weightlifter, I just have to appreciate the skill it takes to hold the bar that close to your body without hitting your stomach. First few years of weightlifting I was constantly hitting my chest or my chin, so this is some serious strength on her part to be able to throw the weight out, pull it back in, and then reverse the motion. Serious skill there.

  3. I was breaking down and moving pallets all the way up until my 9th month of pregnancy. If you're active when you get pregnant you can continue to stay active at whatever activity that is. It actually helped me not gain any weight during my pregnancy. Much love

  4. It HAD to have been done on purpose that when the pelvic visual came down, that it was positioned DIRECTLY over your face like a superhero mask! 😂 KUDOS! That was BRILLIANT! 👏 👏 👏😊

  5. Just concerned watching how closely the bar comes to the bump on the way up & back down. The slightest loss of control even for a moment could cause a problem.
