Basket makers Sarah Loughlin and Marcus Wootton work together from their home studio in Worcestershire, weaving baskets using willow grown both locally and in Somerset. Their new summer collection launched this month and includes this small asymmetrical basket with its chunky hazelnut handle and shades of green, honey and deep red, a result of the varieties of willow used. Vases worthy of a queen

Ceramicist and illustrator Celia Wood has created a series of unique portrait vases for the National Portrait Gallery in London. The Edinburgh-based artist uses the ceramic slab technique to create flat, geometrically shaped faces onto which she paints faces. Some of the vases are inspired by friends of Wood, while others are based on figures from the museum’s own collection, such as miniature portraits of Tudor kings and queens. A camera that captures the analog mood

The 110 camera was first produced in the 1970s and became hugely popular thanks to its pocket-sized size, affordable price and point-and-shoot simplicity. Analogue camera brand Lomography resurrected it in 2012 and this year launched the latest version, the Lomomatic.
