  1. 990cc engine was the golden era. As long as this displacement was followed, no. of cylinders and configuration were up to manufacturers desire. Then in 2006 mistake was made (800cc for 2007). For 2012 another dumb decision is made: 1000cc with a very specific cylinder number (4) and bore (81mm, I believe?).
    IMO, the future of Motorcycle Grand Prix Racing is looking grim. Kawasaki made a good decision to quit.

  2. These engines are unbelievably reliable… Over 250hp and you almost never see them fail.

    It wasn't that long ago that expecting such figures on a safe tune was just crazy talk. Now we almost take it for granted. We're living in the age of peak combustion engine fun. Enjoy it while it lasts

  3. I was imagine what would be MotoGP engine in future 🤔

    Is there any possibility that two-wheeler uses hybrid engine or occupied with turbo/supercharge ??
