An event on housing and small companies in the Skoal Conference Room of the Student Center Memorial of Valley City State University will take place from 8 am to noon on Friday, January 31. The speakers include Ben Deetz from the administration of small companies in the United States, Dillon Thomas of the US Department of Rural Agriculture and Development North Dakota housing and Michaela Schell by Dakota Business Lining.
Thomas, specialist in single -family housing of the US Department of Agriculture. with rural communities to provide affordable opportunities for housing ownership and financing options to help families and individuals remain at home.
In addition, it emphasizes that “the information contained in our presentation allows rural residents to find out how to buy or repair their home,” Thoams said. “Throughout the state, there are numerous examples of how our programs benefited small peoples. From a new roof that has leaks to a new boiler to reduce their heating invoices, to remodeling homes to make them accessible and usable for a household member With a disability, and all that we are just a call away.
Thomas graduated in 2018 from Valley City State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with Specialization in Human Resources. He obtained his mastery in improving the performance of Grantham University.
The January 31 event in VCSU will present a variety of relevant financial resources for owners of small businesses and people interested in learning more about single -family and multifamily housing programs. The presenters have extensive experience supporting loans for small businesses, mortgage loans and loans for housing repair.
