Estate agemcu EXP UK says its self-employed estate agents are the fastest in the market, ahead of 24 other major agency brands.
The agency platform says analysis by property data firm TwentyEA shows that EXP agents are the quickest to achieve sales over the past 12 months.
Its key measure used to rank the agencies was the speed of securing a buyer based on the point a property is newly listed to it being sold subject to contract.
Faster
And EXP achieved an average time of 47 days, which is 42 days faster than the average time of 89 days taken across the top 25 biggest names in estate agency.
Over the last 12 months the firm has also taken an average time of 123 days to progress transactions from agreed to exchanged. The average is 156 days seen across the top 25 estate agency brands, and EXP is the second fastest.
When it comes to the total property selling timeline, it has taken the average EXP agent 170 days to complete a transaction from start to finish, the fastest of all top 25 estate agencies, with the average being 213 days.
TwentyEA defines the top estate agency brands as those with the largest volume of instructions for sale over the last 12 months.
