  1. It's pure politics atm. He's not jumping ship…he's just in a dinghy tied to the ship whilst a competent captain is steering it to safe harbour and jumping back in before others see who did the work. Very smart but you get why $$$ from a certain region. There should be call for competence at some point from the teams

  2. This looks awful. He's barely been in the job for one year. We're clearly only been told part of the story. I'm concerned for the future of this sport, it's already a shadow of former glory.

  3. Come on Craig, get off the fence. The change has been forced on him, its blindly obvious that the guy is out of his depth. As usual with F1, its all smoke and mirrors.

  4. We need someone who can deal with the FiA officials, teams, team owners and lay down the rules and not deviate. The next President needs to make it clear from the offset what penalties will be applied to cost cap, teams that have already cheated the cost cap and reward those who stay within it.

  5. He was right..teams shouldn't be dictating who can join! Especially when they can threaten to leave at anytime! And he was right with the Saudis pushing an inflated price of F1 like every other sport they get involved with! So how are them opinions wrong?

  6. Whoever gets put in & whatever he says, if hamilton doesn’t like it he’ll moan & whine like a spoilt child, he’s twitter & Instagram followers will jump on the bandwagon, the media will follow suit then put pressure on the new person

  7. Couldn’t have happened sooner. He is not suited for the job and he creates drama where no drama is needed. He shouldn’t just step aside, he should resign.

  8. Someone like him from a country where freedom of speech and human rights violations is common place WHO is trying to eliminate free speech within F1 has no place in this sport.
