FIR against SP MLA, PWD contractor hostage and assault case – SP MLA lucky yadav others booked for holding contractor hostage assaulting him ntc


On Monday, the police registered a case against Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Lucky Yadav and nine unknown people for taking a contractor of the Public Works Department (PWD) hostage, assaulting and obstructing government work. According to Additional Superintendent of Police Shailendra Singh, a case has been registered against SP MLA Lucky Yadav from Malhani assembly constituency of the district at Kotwali police station.

He told that according to the complaint given by the contractor Hitesh Kumar Singh to the City Kotwal Satish Singh, he is a registered contractor in the Public Works Department and on April 23, at around 10.30 pm, the road widening and drain construction from JC intersection to Olandganj under the infrastructure fund. The work is going on.

According to the complaint, Hitesh and engineer Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar along with their team were doing measurement work on the opposite track in front of sitting MLA Lucky Yadav’s house. According to the complaint, during the same time MLA Lucky Yadav started stopping the work while abusing his 8-10 supporters. In the complaint, the contractor has said that when we refused to stop the work, he started beating Junior Engineer Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar and Hitesh himself and his uncle Chand Prakash Singh.

It has been alleged in the complaint that MLA Junior Engineer Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar, contractor Hitesh and Swadesh Deepak were caught and made to sit in their house and taken hostage. According to the complaint, in the meantime, when someone from the working team informed the police, the MLA and his supporters started threatening to kill these people. The contractor said in his complaint that those people somehow managed to leave when the police arrived.

According to the police, it is alleged that the contractor and JE have been beaten up by MLA Lucky Yadav and his supporters and obstructed government work and threatened to kill them if they resume work. On the basis of Tahrir, the police have registered a case against 10 unknown people including Lucky Yadav.

On the other hand, MLA Lucky Yadav says that late night contractor JE and two others were standing in front of his house and were trying to enter his underground parking area. According to the MLA, when he saw this incident in the CCTV camera, he told the security personnel sleeping below, then when they came out, all of them started running, on which the security personnel ran and caught 3 people while one ran away.
