Mount Street itself is an excellent location. Lying off Hope Street, it’s near the area’s many bars and restaurants, and is also home to the stunning Liverpool Institute building, home of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA).
The Liverpool Institute for Boys can trace its roots back to 1825 and was attended by Sir Paul McCartney and George Harrison in the 1950s. Sir Paul supported its restoration and transformation into LIPA in the 1990s.
Houses rarely go up for sale on Mount Street. Three properties have changed hands there since 2020, for between £395,000 and £542,000.
