  5. Thank you for the video. I will explain my problem pls suggest me which asanas I am supposed to do and which are to be avoided. I had undergone surgery, right ovarian cyst on May 30 th 2022 ( 5 months) , that is removal of uterus and ovaries. I was diagnosed ovarian cancer after surgery. And also I am having Acid reflux, gastric problem, knee pain , Constipation, neck and right shoulder pain in the past. So I am confused what exercises I am supposed to do. My tummy is in increasing mode even after doing yoga and walking. So I am very much worried about my tummy as well as my health. Waiting for your precious reply
