Dutch temporary employment agency group Home of People announced it has acquired Efficient at Work, a Netherlands-based temporary employment agency.
Efficient at Work remains an independently operating organization and will continue under the umbrella of Home of People, while retaining its own name and culture. Efficient at Work was founded in 2007 by Jan Krouwer and André van Leent.
The group often works with migrant workers from Eastern Europe (Poland and Latvia) and is active in fresh produce and floriculture. It is also active in the manufacturing industry, accommodation and transport to work sectors.
Hans Pruis, CEO of Home of People, said in a press release (translated from Dutch), “The group brand continues to develop and with this acquisition, this acquisition once again enables us to make further progress in the field of professionalisation and serving new and interesting customer profiles.”
Co-founder van Leent added (translated from Dutch), “It will take some getting used to no longer being at the helm as a co-owner after 17 years, but I have full confidence that the company we have been working on with our heart and soul for all these years, the colleagues who always put their best foot forward and therefore the clients and flex workers, are in more than good hands at Home of People.”
