A myriad of floor-to-ceiling windows leaves viewers unsure where to look, as the oddly-shaped property juts inside and out in bizarre hexagonal shapes.

The design doesn’t improve on the interior, as pictures of the interior show a series of oddly shaped rooms condensed into the property.

The centerpiece of the house seems to be the large living room which, although airy and light, consists of walls all around and an odd concave triangular shape. ceiling.

The odd honeycomb design means the decor in most rooms is disconcertingly placed.

One room houses just a washing machine, while another narrow, triangular space has a lone fridge wedged between two ill-fitting doors.

Each bedroom has managed to accommodate either a single or double bed, but with little or no space available on either side of the beds due to the intricacies of the layout.

With doors lining seemingly countless walls throughout the house and no floor plan available, the property appears to be nearly impossible to navigate amidst a maze of bedrooms.

However, the bungalow offers house seekers a large garden space that wraps around the perimeter of the honeycomb, creating tranquil garden views from virtually every room.

Due to the house’s maze-like construction, the property has earned comparisons to a classic round seen on the Japanese game show Takeshi’s Castle, which aired from 1986 to 1990.

The house bears an uncanny resemblance to the Honeycomb Maze seen on the show, which was introduced to UK audiences between 2002 and 2004.

In the aptly named Honeycomb Maze, contestants would often charge blindly through the countless rooms and hexagonal-shaped doors while evading two ‘Black-Handed, Black-Hearted’ guards.

If the contestant was caught by one of these guards, they would be smeared with black paint and thrown out of the maze.

igomove estate agents listed the property on Rightmove for £299,995 with the description: “[An] Completely unique four-bedroom home with unique architecture reminiscent of a honeycomb design.

One user shared the property on social media on Sunday with the caption: “Oh yeah, I’ve always wanted to live in a giant honeycomb and pretend I’m in Takeshi’s castle.”

Since then, the hilarious user comparison has received over 250 upvotes and over 100 comments from users who were left scratching their heads at the bizarre design.

One user responded: “Disappointed by the lack of floor plan, clearly no one was up to the challenge!”

Another wrote: “The location of the fridge and washing machine made me laugh a little.”

A third said: “I love it, except they obviously loved that beige tile. And it’s close to the beach, although I don’t remember if it’s nice or not.”

Another commented: “This is absolutely horrible… I dare say possibly the worst house I have ever seen on Rightmove.

“Yes, some houses are so dilapidated and ugly that they need to be demolished, but someone really built this to be that way.

“They thought this was an idea worth building. Look at those very rectangular double beds, that very square fridge… those poor rugs.

“Think of all the items that require 90 degree corners and how the genius who designed this ‘house’ mocked them like a Sims addicted to crack. I’m going to have nightmares tonight.”
