  1. Well that was rubbish. Nothing explained at all. Bottas briefly mentioned they use the downforce to help with the braking. They also use the g-force to add extra pressure to the brake pedal.

  2. Road car brakes may also encounter brake fade after just a few laps due to them not being able to cope with the heat. This is why it is the first modification you must do after a roll cage to any car you plan on track racing.

  3. i only want to know how would it feel to have f1 brakes in a road car of similar weight, or similar weight-braking force ratio. just to get a glance of what it's like to have brakes this strong. how would it feel to do an emergency stop from x to 0 kph, how would it feel to get these unreal g forces flowing. stuff you can't come remotely close to, even in a sport car, let alone some eco hatchback with very little power
