A music venue in edinburgh city center It has reached the market after closing its doors in 2020.
The Jam House, on Queen Street, was well-liked and known for its live music. musicDJ performances, food, drink and dancing.
Spanning over five floors, the grand Georgian house is on sale for a whopping £2.3 million, with the opportunity for the new owners to reinstate it as Jam House.

In 2005 the former BBC Broadcasting House was converted into a unique music venue with the involvement of television and music legend Jools Holland, who also has a successful venue of the same name in Birmingham which has been running since 1999.
Speaking about the venue when the plan was announced, Jools said: “I’m delighted to say we got the BBC building where I was many years ago, doing the festival.
“And now, because we had such happy memories of the place, we’ve torn it apart inside and turned it into a nightclub.
“But Edinburgh is one of my favorite places in the world and I hope we can bring the same atmosphere to the Jam House as in Birmingham.”
Sadly, the venue closed its doors in 2020, but after three years of being empty and quiet, the iconic venue is for sale.
In Right Biz, the ad reads: “Graham Sibbald is delighted to bring to market the former Jam House, in Edinburgh’s city center, available for sale or to rent. This iconic building is located within Edinburgh’s golden rectangle.” on the south side of Queen Street., on the block bounded by Hanover Street and North St David Street.
“The facility occupies the basement, ground floor, and first floor levels of a five-story Georgian house that spans 16,000 square feet. The Jam House was previously marketed as a live music venue and as such is benefits from class 11 (Leisure) Consent, however, alternative uses will be considered subject to the necessary consents.
