  1. I was going to share 10 habits but ended up sharing 11! I just realized it! haha
Do you guys enjoy these type of video? Let me know you thought!😀
I value the breakfast the most! For more Japanese breakfast ideas, please watch this playlist!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to share the video with you! thank you very much for watching! 🙏

  2. I just ran into your videos from my feed. I really like you videos and all the creative ways to eat healthier. I am looking forward to more of your videos. God bless you and your family.

  3. Thank you for these tips. I also have two little children who wake up at night and a husband who works away so I'm trying to implement easy ways to get everybody healthier that aren't too difficult. Happy New Year, Miwa!

  4. I love your videos. I recently starting washing them. I would try to cook more like your dishes. I like in America, I love rice and you always hear to cut rice, pasta and basically carbs to lose weight, but you are skinny and you eat rice. Thank you for your tips!

  5. Im so excited i found hijiki recipe on your website!! I love it!!! Thank you!

Also, I’m very sorry to hear about your dad. My friend also died very quickly from pancreatic cancer 😢

  6. I’m sorry about your father. My dad passed at 63 suddenly. We take good care of our health now to honor him. Thank you for sharing your video!

  7. Dear Miwa, this has become my go-to video whenever I feel down.
The hot summer is here in the UAE, where we currently reside.
As I am unable to go to my country for summer vacation (there is war in Ukraine), I am so grateful for inspirational videos from you. Much love 🌸

  8. Ok: so you get tired after your lunch, I saw how much rice you had, this is the reason. A family friend who is Nutritionist and nurse, tells me " always keep your body guessing." Don't eat rice daily. Maybe like 3-4 times per week, and on very good authority we know it's not that good for you. Wild brown rice ( and in sensible portion) is much better for GI. Chocolate is impossible to give up ( LOL ) so don't ! Greetings from London 🙂 arigato gozaimasu 💛💛

  9. Miwa:) i was so sorry to learn about your father, that's so sad. Of course do please share as we are your friends and you to us. We support each other. Your gut is so healthy and I want to buy some natto, its like a super-food ! Wow! at first it looked like sticky chick peas / garbanzo. Try to fit in 15-20 minutes of yoga / stretches before your bed time. Arigato gozaimasu, keep going ! we love you ❤💚

  10. What a lovely set of tips, and your meals look delightful!
I so agree with your suggestion to find movement you ENJOY doing – I've recently begin doing the Japanese morning exercises, which help get the lymph flowing, and enjoy Tai Chi and Breema a bit later.
Sneaking veggies in different places, and eating a 🌈 of food is so helpful. I also appreciate foods that help our gut, and ferment and make yogurt using coconut milk!

  11. You have such a beautiful presence! So kind, thoughtful, genuine, and loving to yourself and your family!

I wish you all the best in health and good fortune! Thank you for this video ❤️

  12. I love your videos. And thank you so much for sharing your recipes. I have now made miso soup for the first time and some of your other recipes. I never knew how easy it was. It’s given me excitement about cooking Japanese food for my family and we love it!

  13. White rice makes me have an instant food coma. I love sushi but I think I have to start to eat it with brown rice. Maybe you can start eating brown rice instead of white so you don't feel sleepy after eating it. Good luck.

  14. This is my first video of yours and I have already subscribed. Very enjoyable. And your children are beautiful, you’re very blessed to have them. I find the way you describe things very soothing and easy to relate to.

  15. Thank you for making us Healthy 🙂 actually I also live in Japan and I love Japanese food it's so healthy NATO and miso is one of my best food I eat daily

  16. Sorry I’m sitting here in the US hearing you, a clean-eating, health conscious, thin, Japanese mother talk about your over-consumption.

I wouldn’t worry about over consumption, your dishes look really healthy and delicious. Your kids are so lucky to have a health conscious mother cooking their meals!
