Might as well just throw a blanket on the kid if that's how the teacher's gonna swaddle. It should be tight cause when babies move at night it can startle them and cause them to cry, plus it helps to make the baby feel secure.
That teacher is wrong. Hers was too loose. If Gloria wrapped like that she wouldve said "its too loose, next time do it like this (does it like Gloria did) so now your baby cant move its arms so it cant hurt itself.
Actually having it tight makes them feel like they are still in the womb gives them better sleep
in my culture, we wrap them tightly. babies like that
