  1. One word – BRUTAL! But loved it. I wish you had called out some of the swaps because I wasn’t always watching the video. In the HIIT portion, I felt my neck crack when I transitioned from the abs to the pop squat… aww man, that’s gonna hurt tomorrow. Thank you for such a great workout!

  5. if you're going to have a million ads throughout, can you at least place it between the rounds instead of making me have to get up to turn off the commercial in the middle of a set?

  6. I used to do this workout all the time it’s AMAZING! Unfortunately I’m doing it now for the first time in a month or 2 and there are so many ads that it’s completely messing up my workout drive. I can’t believe how many ads got added that’s too bad 🙁

  7. Incredible workout. I am new to working out again… it's been awhile and this was for sure a challenge. I made some modifications, but awesome workout! Can't wait to do it the whole way through without modifying!
