Kelly Clarkson addresses harmful claims in the workplace

Clarkson issued one opinion on her Instagram page Saturday. In the report, the anonymous staffers called Clarkson “amazing” but said the show’s producers were “monsters” who made her life “hell.”

Clarkson said she loves her team.

“It’s unacceptable to find out that anyone on this show feels unheard or disrespected,” she said in the post. The talk show host said she wants to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.

“As we prepare to move to the East Coast, I am more committed than ever to ensuring that not only does our team relocate, but that our new team in New York is made up of the best and friendliest in the business,” she said. “Part of that build will include leadership training for all senior staff, including myself.”

Clarkson said that there’s “always room to grow” and that she wants the show to be “the best version of ourselves in any business.”

“Especially when it comes to leadership, there’s a need to ensure that any notion of toxicity is eradicated,” she said.
