Only motivation grinding wow was that I was doing that with my friends and we were motivating each other to level up and get better gear.. ( It was back in 2009).
I used the big map to figure it out back then cuz it literally had a level range next to the zones. Then I had to figure out how to get to those places
He rly didnt use chatGPT to its potential at all. I got curious after watching this so I asked chatGPT for my own guide as human mage. It first gave me pretty basic leveling guide, but then I asked it to be very specific for every leveling zone to optimize experience per minute. It then changed the leveling guide and quest order so that, according to chatGPT itself, there was the shortest amount of travel time between quests + efficient quest "clustering" and "maximized XP gained per minute"
I think people forget that you can modify your questions to get an optimal answer when talking to chatGPT. How precise you are with your words probably also effects the answer a great deal
Almost tempts me to play Classic Wow. I've only ever played 1 free 2-week trial where I hit lv20 on a Troll Hunter and never played again. But realistically I don't want to play WoW. There's just too much content, it's too big of a time sink. I just want the ability to have the early game feel without expanding into bigger and bigger dungeons. Things like Dark and Darker entice me far more. Play or not play, you can just jump in whenever you want and still remain semi-competitive.
Honest question because i didnt really play to much WoW but did they ever make a class for the builders of Warcraft? Just to hear "Job Done" would hit me nostalgically.
it blows my mind that people feel ike classic was directionless and that they hard a hard time figuring out what to do. Seeing as everything is level specific and shows that IN GAME. maybe read some quests for once?
I just cant……. no silver spoon feeding the game to you and you cant figure it out?? This kid has a rough go ahead of him.
So I played around with GPT 4, which I also have. Ask broad questions, and you'll get broad answers. Also asking questions where the answer is too large, is also a no-go.
Asking for a quest by quest guide is too much. However saying "Give me the first 5 quests I should take when entering the barrens", and keep asking for "the next 5 quests", you get reasonable results (This goes with talents as well). You can also add on extras, like saying "Also for each quest, tell me approximately what level I should be, and where my experience should be at.". From there, you can maybe restructure, and add on extra things. Just playing around with it for 5 minutes, I was able to get it to do this:
Certainly! Here's the next batch of quests you can undertake in World of Warcraft Classic's Barrens zone, along with an approximate level and an indication of where your experience should be at:
Quest Hub: Crossroads
Quest: "Prowlers of the Barrens"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "Apothecary Zamah"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "Ishamuhale"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "Kolkar Leaders"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "The Stagnant Oasis"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "Gann's Reclamation"
Level: 11-12
Experience: Your experience should be around 3,000-4,000
Quest: "The Angry Scytheclaws"
Level: 12-13
Experience: Your experience should be around 4,000-5,000
Quest: "Raptor Horns"
Level: 12-13
Experience: Your experience should be around 4,000-5,000
Quest: "Root Samples"
Level: 12-13
Experience: Your experience should be around 4,000-5,000
Quest: "Stolen Booty"
Level: 12-13
Experience: Your experience should be around 4,000-5,000
Based on the level and experience ranges provided, it would be a good idea to return for another batch of quests when you reach around level 13 or when your experience is around 4,000-5,000. This allows you to maintain a steady progression and continue exploring the Barrens efficiently.
if you ask wrong prompts why do you expect good answers? Try asking a developer for "do a platform that helps people" and check if it's what you expected… stupid, right? same with AI.
people always seem to forget that in true classic wow you'd trade gear, craft and explore. Not run around solo following a guide. Of course you're going to be underpowered if you just do quests until you level and move forward like that. Modern WoW has really spoiled everyone where you're never even remotely undergeared/powered at any point.
I used to go around as a ghost exploring areas I couldnt reach as a Orc Warrior in trial. This was due to me trying to get into other areas through dangerously high level monsters and enemies that will rush you as soon as they spot you attempting to sneak by and chase you down at an insane speed and slaughter you and trying to get away was impossible. Then, years later I found out theres a Vanilla Wow server that was free, you could vote every day and get some money – however I learned at a cafe when I accidentally thought, would if I hit the back button and vote again? It worked! So I accumulated tons of gold in a short period of time, allowing me to buy the best next level set of armor and weapons for my Druid elf build. This build allowed me to finally sneak by high level enemies and explore new lands because of the ensnare tactics you could use on enemies chasing you, giving me more distance until finally they give up chasing. I maxed out that build to 40 then 60 and finally got my chance to ride all the animals and wear the best druid armor and wield the best weapons and cast the best spells. When they introduced the 80 level, I didnt like that idea, and never really played again.
Only motivation grinding wow was that I was doing that with my friends and we were motivating each other to level up and get better gear.. ( It was back in 2009).
yeah this was the most basic level of "chatgpt" use, i asked one question and went with the first answer Zzzzz
I used the big map to figure it out back then cuz it literally had a level range next to the zones. Then I had to figure out how to get to those places
Remember that moment you finally got out of the barrens into somewhere nice and green? Really did feel like getting out of a desert.
Bog lol.
Is he trolling? He's a "broke student", but he's using GPT4 which costs, and Questie is free…
ofcit idi well coz it is not ai ai is just a marketing shit. it just gather info from the internet xd
Another German not speaking english? What a surprise…

smooth brain asmon didnt like mop cuz hes bad at pvp
Nah i just play the game with no level guide, honestly people wonder why wow and other mmos are shit now.
MMo is about the grind, when they brought out power levelling and all the other crap is when I stopped playing.
I love playing druid.
3 warriors, one healer..
– theres about 1001 ways this can go wrong
I never used a leveling guide I just did the quests for best gear in each BG bracket and it worked itself out.
– do anything
– include some generic chatgpt prompts
– PROFIT!

this is why i don't understand the joy of classic. it's a fuckin nightmare experience.
Really want to know asmongold’s option on wow private servers? Anyone know?

Hey AI, how do I play the game?
AI: If you go and play the game, you will be playing the game.
Thanks, AI.
Leveling guides are so fucking cringe
Pay for zygor? already done for me? Nahhhhhhhhhhh I'll instead pay for chatgpt and make my own from scratch and do 1000% more work xD
imagine supporting a game so stale and boring you'd rather have a levelling guide than actually just play the game

It just told you to do the zones you were meant to anyway…

You know how boring MMOs are when the first recommendation to level up a character is doing a bunch of boring quests lol
Mop was my first wow expansion aswell, cuz my parents didn't trust a company with their credit card info. In hindsight I think they knew what was up
Forget those guides . If you want the leveling experience you’re suppose to wander around and be lost.
People dc cuz of their Wi Fi, not the games. If Wi Fi didn't exist and everything was wired, the world would be a better place.
23 hours of auto attacking 💀"Classic is fun"
Westfall……… 13-18 is missing xD
"Played wow long" … "started in mists of pandaria"….
I was in bloth classic launches!
so chatGPT is just google search results but all in one place?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nothing in the world can get me to play classic.
