  2. this the rossi style push other riders off track to win race 🙄😂 shame to rossi 🤮 i think like this he win all his championship. but when new riders came to motogp rossi is finish 😂 no more title for rossi 🤣🤣🤣

  3. GREAT race, but piss-poor low volume commentary because of all the background sound of the bikes. Couldn't even figure out who the main guest commentator was. Injured John Hopkins was the secondary guest commentator, but could hardly hear him at all. All that aside, Rossi and Stoner put on a show and proved they were in a class by themselves, and as usual, The Doctor went to the head of the class. Too bad 2-time winner (05,06) Nicky Hayden wasn't on form for this race and no American made the podium again.

  4. I have seen this race so many times that I have started to look at details rather than the race proper. What is clear is that Stoner was The Chosen One at Ducati and the only rider that make maximum use of the bike. Already in the beginning of the race, he slides a lot while maintaining consistent control though the corners. This is something Rossi could not do. To me, Rosis style is more classic – late breaking and traditional cornering – and it looks very relaxed and elegant with sweeping lines and little or no sliding. But he needed a bike with excellent handling, which the Ducati did not have at the time. Stoner on the other hand could slide the Ducati through corners at good speed just like that and then use the superior power of the Ducati on the faster sections. Different bikes, different styles – same speed round the track this day. Stoner was the favourite based on the qualifiers but it is not the same as racing. That day, I think they were about as fast due to Rossi stepping up his game, not Stoner losing his. In the end, I think Rossi would have won that day even if Stoner had not crashed. Not that he was faster, but his style is very economical on the tires and Stoner's was not at this speed – he had to slide his bike from the first lap. If so, it would have been a typical Rossi ending and it would not surprise me it was part of his playbook in this race. His MO was to stay in contention early in the races, often on harder rubber, saving the tires. Later, it was mostly about maintaining speed when the others were losing their grip. It was a recurring scenario throughout his career. Anyway, one of the most exiting races IMHO even though there were only two riders that mattered.

  5. Holy crap, one of the best races I have ever seen

    Rossi is still my favourite
But Casey was so unbelievable and clearly a phemonenal rider, perhaps rhe best, especially during the Honda years

  6. Best duel EVER for me! ♥️♥️♥️

Yeah i loved Barcelona 09 too, like everybody, but this race had a strange intensity in it. Rossi was slower than Stoner over the whole weekend and tried EVERYTHING during the race to beat him! It was wild! 💥

  7. Tempo da moto gp raiz hoje em dia ta muito nutella cheio de coiseira na moto essa época de 2008 foi a melhor temporada de todas as melhores motos mais bonitas
