  1. There are some that say that AI art doesn't qualify as handmade on Etsy. They say it is the same as selling clipart you bought as-is on Etsy, which wouldn't meet the handmade qualification. Supposedly whether AI art is going to be allowed to continue as handmade is currently in debate at Etsy, and waiting for them to make an official ruling on it. I have been editing my AI designs to make them different for my Etsy shop, so I am hopefully safe.

  2. Great video as usual. Did you know you can use MS Power Tools to make the actual image of your SVGs visible rather than than the MS Edge logo in the file search view? MS Power Tools is an official MS add on and it's free. I like it because it saves time if I am looking for a specific image and I don't remember what I named it.

  3. I have a couple issues with this site. 1. The images are too small. 5:4 ratio is only like 640×512 pixels. When you try to upscale the images on their site it keeps giving an error. I don't know if it's bug or what. Also the site does a poor job at converting images to vector. Its bad quality. It looks better if you do it yourself in Adobe Illustrator.

The site need some improvements. Especially image size.

  4. Thank you this amazing informative video. I’ve created my free account, generated AI images but doesn’t allow me to vectorize the files, do I need to pay for that or am I missing something?

  5. But… that is a very painterly, raster file. Vectorizing works averagely well when it is about flat shades or only simple gradients (it is not the case)… I have not seen a close-up (zoom – in) of how those look once vectorized, though, with these apps. Maybe they do some unknown magic I am unaware of. I mean, even in Illustrator (someone else mentioned these better be brought to Illustrator, while I think that doe snot solve the problem), these would not get a decent vectorization result, due to the nature of the images. Sorry if I am missing something…

  6. Yes bundles is what I have just started! Agree with the action! I listen to many great videos ( I just started watching yours)

  7. I just spent the last two hours burning up my credits just to discover the png to vector conversion sucks. When you open the resulting svg files they do not look like the original "dream" files. The colors are off and it looks like "paint by numbers" art gone bad. I'm sure you're going to tell me I didn't do something correctly, but I've been doing digital artwork for over a decade. I know you can't convert low res pngs with color gradients to svg without color quality losses.

  8. Do you know of any promotional codes for mydesigns? i can see they regularly run 30% off but not currently. Its tough to justify buying this if I think I'm just going to get boned with a sale right after lol but this is super useful of a program the free version is very limited though.
