  1. I can relate to many of the points you made, and I just went to the doctor here in Japan just recently. The doctor put me on placenta shots twice a week and I find the shots helping me especially with depression, but I am still emotional but not at the level I was prior to taking them. I couldn't take the usual route of estrogen because I have a heart condition and I am not sure if you can get placenta shots and or some form of it where you live but if you can I recommend it.
I should also add if you have arthritis, it really helps with that, too, which I was so surprised by. I had a double leg operation for my varicose veins 2 years ago, and started having terrible pain from last year in the upper part of my legs and walking like an old grandma. Not consciously aware until 2 days after the first shot the pain in my legs were gone and I was walking normally. With that said, it wears off after a couple days, and so it is only a short-term fix so far, but I am just on my 3rd week and so if anyone is interested to hear more I would be happy to share.
