Rothschild Residential Investment Fund UK, which includes Saffron Court in Nottingham, Wellington Quarter and
Merlin Wharf in Leicester, and Regent’s Plaza in Newcastle [1]. In addition to Charolais Gardens, Edmond de
Rothschild REIM has six other developments under construction in Birmingham, Warrington, Nottingham, Gateshead,
Glasgow, and Edinburgh. These 11 developments, once completed, will provide 2,640 apartments with 4,000 tenants,
