Netherlands: ROK Group acquires Dag1

ROK Group, a Netherlands-based human resources services group, announced that it has acquired Dag1 (translated as ‘Day1’), a recruitment company also based in the Netherlands.

The effective date of the transaction was May 8, 2023. ROK Group now owns 100% of Dag1. Financial details were not disclosed.

Dag1 is based in Utrecht and is active in the Netherlands as a recruitment specialist in the field of office functions.

ROK Groep now consists of Dujob, a staffing company focused on the metal, engineering, industrial and logistics industries, Medicalhunt, a medical secondment agency for and by healthcare professionals, Quotec, a software developer for healthcare solutions HR and now also Dag1.

Johan Oost, ROK Group General Manager and Co-Owner, said: “The arrival of Dag1 is a great addition to our group for us. On the one hand, to strengthen our position in the Utrecht region, on the other hand, by adding additional services to our range.”
