New GP plan asks more patients to use pharmacies

Dr Chris Castle, a GP in Portchester, near the city, agrees, saying that increasing access will actually come at a cost: “Patients are told access is the problem, but the problem is is that increasing access has a cost and that the cost is that it affects the quality of care.”
