A provider of sustainable design and engineering services moves to a new office in Leeds after a period of growth.

A newly renovated 8,000 square foot office at 2 Whitehall Quay will be Stantec’s new Leeds home as it continues to grow.

Some 140 Stantec colleagues will soon be based at 2 Whitehall Quay, which is just a short walk west of Leeds railway station, within the city’s commercial core. The move will see the Stantec team relocate from their existing office on The Boulevard in Leeds Dock.

The office is on the fourth floor of the building and includes collaboration areas and is designed to meet the needs of a modern teamwork environment.

Ross Anderson, director of water operations for Stantec’s Yorkshire region, said: “This new space has been designed with both the well-being of colleagues and customer collaboration in mind.

“We look forward to welcoming our industry-first clients such as Yorkshire Water to this new location. We will use this flexible workplace to further enhance integrated working in a fresh and modern office in the city centre.”
