- The option to work remotely is highly valued by temporary workers. Sixty-one percent of temporary workers rated remote work a 5 or 6 on a 1-6 scale of importance to them (6 = very important), and more than half of temporary workers would even go so far as to consider a pay cut if they could be allowed to work entirely remotely.
- How to make temp remote work experience better. Respondents were asked what staffing firms could do to make their remote work experience better, and separately what clients could do to make it better. The pattern in responses for the two questions was similar, highlighting three notable themes: communication, onboarding, and equipment.
