  1. Thank you again for a beautiful and deep immersion in reality. This feels to me like an oasis of honesty and loving kindness within the desert of digital disinfotainment.
    Thank you.
Much to review, but the most profound thing for me right now is the way that acceptance of collapse and acceptance of those who still need denial are held together as one. This seems to make love possible in a way that opens and frees us from so much unnecessary suffering. I am learning that every day. It hits home.
There’s more – bill this is a start.
    Will listen again!
Thank you for pouring your heart out – our world needs this vulnerability most of all.
This is what it means to be an elder.

  2. Thank you Michael. As a parent and a first time grandparent during 'these times' my elderhood is being accentuated and accelerated. I create and celebrate serenity, courage, and wisdom using the gifts and learnings of my life. Living to love, loving to live until death do I part.

  3. The public has lost faith in military " intelligence", politics, pschiatry & psychology for very very good, warranted, peer reviewed reasons. Do you think is part of over all collapse as expressed in sources like Catton, et al?

  4. We have moved through the physical hallway and are at the threshold of a spiritual revolution! Thank you Michael for articulating our collective concern and helping us to replace despair with delight!

  5. At 2:50… "…experiencing another species…" What exactly do you mean by that? Bestiality? Or is my mind just in the gutter? We are not entirely sure what all was going on in the days of Noah, but it was enough for The Almighty God to regret having created mankind. So bestiality was probably going on back then.

If that was indeed what you were hinting towards, aren't you going to at least give recommendations for your favorite kind of critter to "experience"?

  6. What was with the mask comment? That's totally fear based, which seems to be what you are preaching against. Go mask-free already. You freaks up there in the NW need to learn a thing or two from Texas, Florida, and the rest of the red states.

If you are so worried about catching something, please go ahead and do so. Die early, save resources for the young and the unafraid. We'll eat a steak in your honor.

  7. It's hard work being a prophet. Prophets are reviled in their homeland because people don't want to hear the message. It's no wonder that Jonah was a reluctant prophet and ran away to Spain but what a prophet has seen could never be unseen.

  8. I love “touching base” with post-doom wisdom regularly bc it brings me back to earth from all the distractions out there and there are soooo many distractions, addictions, neurotic shenanigans. Thank you again for these clear, loving reminders. I feel everyone has a “calling”, their organic flavor they were born with and that got diluted and distracted by industrial life and conditioning. Now is the time to remember and reconnect with that, the field is wide open for people to grow up and show up as healthy leaders (heroes sheroes saints and sages) who embody WE, not more me me me. ❤️

  9. Well some scientists may disagree with you on the benefits of solar and other technology. But I agree our society is in a state of collapse. I don’t think it will collapse as quickly as you say, but I know that is possible. I’m very careful what I say to my kids because I don’t know for sure what is going to happen.

  10. Liberal and progressive views are justifying the tax system and the debt based monetary system that has lead us to this in the first place. Paying taxes for the greater good and sustaining the Federal Reserve System is the most demonic entity that is created and has indebted the whole world and depleted the earth for resources.

  11. Thank you Rev Mike.
It’s coming. I try to explain to others what is going on around the world is because governments know this and are in a last ditch attempt to get all they can. I believe that’s why Russia has invaded Ukraine to secure their food supply.

  12. If people want to have kids, I just tell them "Sure, go ahead and have kids. Just make sure you train them up as early as possible as Survivalists, in terms of complete self reliance (water, food, energy, weapons), etc."

  13. it's not only overconsuming, but rather overpopulation that is a major problem. What you are proposing is rejecting modernity, like Evola. I personally would hate to live in jungles without civilisation with 100 billion people, I'd rather live in the western industrial civilisation with 1 billion population. People should limit their birth rates and start carring more about our Gaia and be altruistic, rather than being obsessed with all things personal : personal happiness, personal success, personal comfort, personal wants etc. The right thing is to limit birth rates.

  14. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up having my grandchildren with me for 7 weeks this summer. It blew all other plans out of the water, and at first I was grumpy about it, and then realized I was being given a gift. It turned into a lovely summer of getting to know my grandkids better, creating joy, and I'm grateful for that time with them. It was also a lesson to me in letting go of selfishness. You speak so many truths in this video. Thank you!

  15. This one is really wise and kind – thank you. I want to think of a way of sharing it with my fellow Unitarian congregants in ways that aren't about me just trying to push past their denial.
