    This is so parenting methods in the 80s and 90s this makes me think of my parents in the 80s and 90s and I think that this is so accurate to who they are and who everyone who was a parent in the 80s and 90s and I think this is also funny and hurts, just a little

    Parents will abuse or neglect their kids and then as soon as the kid is 18 go, β€œyou’re an adult your behavior is all on you” as if they didn’t just spend the first almost two decades of that kid’s life causing them legitimate trauma induced brain damage. That baffles me.

    It's too bad that she stresses the wrong word in "Maybe YOUR life works for you". The fact that she says "but it doesn't work for ME" shows that the first emphasis should be "Maybe your life works for YOU".

    If they not working or going to school, n they live under you're roof, they gone get a ass whopping good job mama, parents out there don't let this lazy disrespectful kids talk to you like this beat their ass, n if they wanna leave let them, they will come back hungry, n crying.. a parent its a parent not a friend… you wanna be an adult get out. You gone see how harsh life really is, that slap aimt shit, life hits you harder

    Ok, nowadays we have set aside this sort of behaviours. But what about parental abuse by children?
    The methods (progressive pedagogy) used by the people who comment here, often do not work
    And talking also is a futile task because is not the same to be a child (the brain is still developing) than an adult.
    What do you all think about it?

    Human stupidity is best exposed in parents who abuse their children without realizing that the children will make them pay for everything when they reach old age. First, by go dumping them like a garbage bag full of crap in a retirement home.

    I don’t recall the quote Zoomersβ€œ being this defiant. I can almost understand why they are soSocially dysfunctional today. The daughter is not the mother’s equal. The mother is the mother. Play-Doh address this two millennia ago. It just became more rampant in the 80s and 90s
