Unpopular opinion here, I'm a gay man myself so obviously I'm no homophobe. But you can push things too far too. You can dress in Drag all you like but it's also not necessary to show up in full blown Drag if your meeting with your parents in a public Restaurant either. It's overkill and inappropriate.

There's no "HATE" to the trans woman… Maybe the mom was rude in her speech, but it's not hate, it's just – we love you, you're human, and to go to the bathroom you belong in.
